Global BPO Atento has reopened its customer relations center in Caguas, Puerto Rico, which was totally rebuilt following Hurricane Maria’s impacts on the original building.
The new installations include next-generation technology in the sector, data centers, over 620 workstations, and digital capabilities, as well as recruitment, training and recreational areas.
From Caguas, Atento will offer customer services, sales, technical support, credit management, and back office services through telephone, chat, social media, and digital apps channels. The initial workforce will be 400 strong (70% English/Spanish bilingual), with 200 more people expected to join over the coming weeks.
