Faces in the Crowd – Juanita Rodriguez-Kattah

Hailing from Bogota, Colombia, Juanita Rodriguez-Kattah has over eight years of experience in the public sector and is currently the Vice Minister of Digital Economy at the Ministry of ICT.

Juanita has been an important part of the country’s digital transformation processes, working on such projects as tax benefits for cloud computing companies, and the development of digital content companies.

As a well-educated lawyer, Juanita holds a graduate degree in International Business Law and a second graduate degree in International Humanitarian Law, as well as a degree in New Technologies, Innovation, and City Management.

Thanks to Juanita’s input, events such as Colombia 4.0 and Expodefensa have allowed Colombians to access last-minute information on technological innovation in both digital content and security.
