Arledge Partners Becomes Cresa Dallas

BPO site selection expert Jeff Pappas has been named the head of Cresa’s Site Selection Practice Group. The news comes after Pappas’ Arledge Partners joined hands with Cresa and renamed as Cresa Dallas.

Cresa, a Boston, Massachusetts-based  international commercial real estate firm, has also asked Susan Arledge, Pappas’ colleague in Arledge, to lead its operation in Dallas.  Pappas possesses a good understanding of  the Latin American BPO industry and is regarded as one of the best site selection experts in the region. Arledge Partners claims that over the past years it carried out more than four million site selection projects in different parts of the world.

Analysts say the partnership will further bolster Arledge’s site selection practice as it can now leverage Cresa’s 173 locations across the world.

Susan Arledge stated that Cresa’s global presence would further bolster the service quality of her firm in the days to come. “This transition will provide an international platform from which Cresa Dallas will continue to offer the highest quality site selection and brokerage services,” she said.

“The philosophies and goals of our two companies are perfectly aligned,” Cresa Dallas stated in a press release. Dallas, Texas-based Arledge Partners helps BPO firms choose the right place for setting up their operation by providing them with information on employee wages, occupational trends and availability of labor force.
