Nearshore Americas is currently recruiting customer delegates to participate in the second edition of CX Jamaica, taking place Nov. 6-9 in Kingston and Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
The inward mission, curated by Nearshore Americas, is oriented around giving delegates – specifically customers from mid-to-large enterprise organizations – a deep look into the readiness of Jamaica for a wide range of knowledge-based services.
“We continue to get great feedback around our facilitated mission model, where Nearshore Americas guides IT and BPO customers in interpreting the real, on-the-ground factors that influence whether to enter a new country,” said Kirk Laughlin, Managing Director of Nearshore Americas. “Also, the peer sharing and interaction in our group allows for a pretty powerful way to ‘compare notes’ and collectively assess – in real-time – the overall value prop.” The first edition of CX Jamaica was held in Nov, 2017.
CX Jamaica creates a thorough and multi-dimensional experience – evaluating all of the critical pieces supporting expansion site analysis. The program official starts with a plenary conference session on November 7th in Kingston, where several market experts will discuss the current climate of BPO operations in Jamaica.
Delegates will then meet with top leaders at investment promotion agency Jampro, review existing call center facilities, meet with several leading service providers, engage with front-line customer service agents, visit one of the main sources of emerging talent – the University of the West Indies – and enjoy some downtime in Ocho Rios, along the northern shores of Jamaica. Sponsors of CX Jamaica include Itel-BPO, IBEX, HGS, and Jampro.
There a still a few spots left, so we encourage CX end-customer, workforce planners and enterprise sourcing leaders to inquire about participating in the CX Jamaica trade mission on Nov. 6-9, 2019.
