Faces in the Crowd – Mirna Bravo

Mirna Bravo is at the very center of Ibex Global’s training division in Nicaragua, developing the indispensable human talent that keeps the company’s heart pumping.
As Ibex’s Senior Training Director, CALA and Global Language, Mirna’s main focus is to quickly deliver agents that are able to provide a great customer experience.
Mirna recently developed a global language strategy for all non-native English speaking regions that Ibex operates in. She enjoys being part of an industry that has a positive impact on developing countries like Nicaragua by generating employment and creating a middle class.
Outside of work, Mirna is a keen cook and loves to spend time on the beach with her family.
