Denise Henry started working as one of many customer representatives for Apex America in 2003. Now, 12 years later, she is the global COO. To rise so high in the company, the Argentine obviously has loads of achievements to her name. But the thing she is most proud of is the culture she has helped create, a bottom-up management model that makes everyday going to her office in Cordoba a pleasure. Henry loves working in a people-based industry and believes the company is inspiring “leaders with a purpose beyond this industry.” She sees this responsibility as her biggest challenge.  “I expect to see myself surrounded by great leaders who make things real,” said Henry.
