Speakers Bio

Porfirio Diaz, Vice President of Operations at TaskUs, has held senior-level roles in operations, client services, customer experience, and global operations during his career. In his previous roles at Grupo TELvista, Diaz rose through the ranks from a frontline employee while he was in university to operations manager to the vice president of client care and development. Diaz is currently instrumental in the development and execution of TaskUs´ aggressive growth plans in Latin America.

Ruben Jimenez joined TaskUs as a Sr. Director for Client Services in early 2017 bringing a variety of experience from a wide range of industries. He has implemented various startup launches growing programs to more than 300% of the original volume due to fostering collaborative partnerships with clients and exceeding the original targets.

Brandon Charif is a corporate and startup executive who has managed cross-functional, multicultural teams in growth, services, product, and operations roles in large companies and startups.  His specialty lies in developing strategic plans and go-to-market strategies while streamlining operations and business processes results.

Brandon recently completed his MBA at the USC Marshall School of Business.
