Global business services provider Concentrix has opened a 2,500 square meter contact center in Pavas, Costa Rica, adding capacity for 570 employees to its 70,000-strong global workforce.
This is the company’s third center in Costa Rica and is designed to promote a collaborative workspace and environmental efficiency. The new center includes a staff cafeteria, medical clinic, and access to a nearby bowling alley and movie theaters.
